Our experienced Project Control specialists take complete ownership of the planning, project execution and resolution management, communicating with our internal departments and your teams, including property, operations, IT, and third-party suppliers.

Project Control manages risk and method statements (RAMS) and access permit applications, ensuring all requirements are met before IT installation.

Understanding each outlet's unique environment prior to IT installation is essential to the successful deployment of any IT project. Our highly trained specialists conduct detailed surveys to determine and define any pre-installation site works.

Having cabled some of the UK's largest venues and outlets, our nationwide cabling teams successfully deliver data, electrical and fibre cabling projects as well as Wi-Fi installations.

Our cabling services include both project and maintenance requirements, from individual cabling runs to estate-wide rollouts. All of our cabling is installed in line with the site survey specification and signed off in real-time by our project control team, and our electrical cabling technicians are certified to the latest electrical regulations and working at height regulations including PASMA and IPAF.

We work to your requirements, from chased data cabling for both the first and second fix to surface-mounted cabling for existing sites.

From single outlets to large-scale rollouts, our highly skilled technicians stage and configure IT systems for some of the UK's largest retail and hospitality companies.

Our complete service includes gold build creation, equipment assembly, software imaging, device configuration, data upload, system testing and soak testing. Staged systems are signed-off and certified, with key information logged through our asset tracking system, enabling a comprehensive device build and history record.

With the capacity to simultaneously stage and configure in excess of 400 devices, we can scale to efficiently meet any requirements. All customer images are held on separate servers in a secure internal data centre, with connectivity to a dedicated high-speed lease line.

nGeneration has a Data Team that can advise from the beginning of a project on data structures and hierarchies that will be easy to maintain and provide the required management reporting. Our Data Team will create your corporate master data base and then be able to create each new site from this master. Within the data build the Team will build recipes, promotions menus as well as cost pricing, selling pricing with banding as required.

Following commissioning, a structured one-to-one, or small group coaching program ensures the adoption of your IT investment.
