Nero operates more than 150 shops in more than 50 cities and towns in the United Kingdom, with sites stretching from Brighton, England, to Glasgow, Scotland.

The Challenge

A company wide MDM upgrade was required to on site iPads . Due to contractual restraints this needed to be done quickly and with as little impact to site users as possible.

nGeneration Project team worked with the customer to identify the least disruptive and most cost effective methodology available to complete the project.

Our Approach

We worked together with the customer to scope a solution which would efficiently roll the devices out to suit their timescales.

nGeneration provided full project management facilities, ensuring the project ran smoothly. Devices were procured, staged or reimaged, deployed and operators issued with training manuals.

Utilizing our refurbishment capabilities, pre-existing devices were reused where possible, enabling significant cost savings.
