Our Hospitality Retail Control service is based on our experience running audit functions for large corporate enterprises alongside over 20 years of deploying and supporting retail stock control systems. Alongside stocktaking, targeted analysis, action planning, coaching and support allow operators to measure, monitor and grow their business. The Retail Control Service encompasses wet and dry sales groups and all other required categories.
Using stock performance analysis, we identify key operational issues and formulate a focused action plan directing the operator on the correct course of action.
