The new head office combines our comprehensive range of services into one central location, supporting our field-based teams to deliver unrivalled IT support and deployment to our customers’ sites. Combined with the move, core internal processes have been redesigned to take advantage of the latest technology, enabling enhanced communication and greater efficiency for our customers.

Warehouse & Logistics
Our Warehouse and Logistics Centre is the heart of our Support & Deployment services, handling and processing 52,000 items annually. It features 1200-pallet capacity racking designed specifically for IT equipment storage, including dedicated PCI-compliant secure caging. Customers can rest assured that all equipment is fully insured and secure when in our care.
Warehouse stock levels are monitored live to deliver immediate support stock replenishment and real-time project and support stock tracking.
Staging and Configuration
Our Staging and Configuration Centre has been designed to fully optimise our device imaging process, enabling us to stage 400 devices simultaneously. Secure, standalone customer comms rooms house 24-core fibre links, 1GB switches and a dedicated lease line.
Full testing of systems hardware, software, configuration and data are recorded within our cloud-based systems, capturing staging engineer credentials, timestamps and software build versions to deliver an end-to-end, templated, certified process.
Repair and Refurbishment
Our new, cutting-edge repair and refurbishment facility is fully equipped, including fully electrostatic discharge (ESD) workstations, air benches and ultrasonic cleaning stations. We are certified to repair a wide range of IT equipment.
Our investment into increasing our repair capacity helps meet our customers maximise their IT investment’s efficiency, reduce further capital investment and minimise electronic waste – the world’s fastest-growing source of waste.
Our Support Hub has been designed to deliver the best support possible to our customers as efficiently as possible.
Digital displays showing live KPI dashboards alongside maps displaying live engineer and ticket locations enable dynamic engineer routing to ensure calls are resolved as quickly as possible. Training equipment installations mirror customer installations, allowing our Support Analysts to talk the end user through queries step-by-step.
Designed to give our customers a tactile sense of the latest technology within the industry, our Solutions Centre showcases a range of the latest technology in collaboration with our software and manufacturing partners.
Reconfigurable to match any customer environment, from pubs and coffee shops to supermarkets, the Solutions Centre allows our customers to get an accurate understanding of which devices and solutions best suit their needs.

Modern, open-plan offices seat our finance, sales and marketing, data and project control teams alongside hotdesking space for field-based employees.
Desks are arranged to enhance collaboration between teams and enable contact with our senior management team to allow idea-sharing across every level of our business.

Our training room is designed to deliver classroom training, project initiations & kick-off. It’s ideal for sharing and collaborating with our customers and allows a space for regular meetings of our field-based employees for both team building and sharing best practices.
